If the mail you
receive contains an image with it then the image is always shown to you by
default. You are allowed to change the settings so that you can choose every
time whether to show the image or not. Gmail Support is dedicated to
provide you relevant help on the topic anytime you need.
If you want to
save your internet data or you have a slow internet connection then you should
manage the settings that prohibit the automatic display of the image. Go
through these steps to choose to show or not show images with the mail.
- · Go to Gmail and login your account.
- · On the top right corner click ‘Settings’.
- · Scroll down and look for the ‘Images’ section.
- · Select from either ‘Always display external images’ or ‘Ask before displaying external images’.
- · Choose the latter one and after you do that, the mails with images will carry a message with them asking ‘Display images below’. You will be allowed to see the image by clicking on the message itself.
- · Go to the bottom of the page and tap ‘Save Changes’.
In case you choose
to automatically show all external images but Gmail finds any sender suspicious
then Gmail itself reveals the image and asks you to choose what to do with the
image. In case you face any problem on any step of the above operation, you can
contact Gmail Customer Support Number and ask the experts.
